Commission process

Fill out the form below to get started. Amy will then personally reply back with a questionnaire regarding your color, size and framing preferences along with a request for a photograph to work from. After discussing and finalizing all your needs including the deadline and other details, Amy will get creating! She will touch base throughout the project for approval both during and at the end of the artwork creation. Finally, the portait will be framed, packed and shipped to you (with tracking). • Completed 20cm X 30cm artwork on high quality artistic paper (Style 1 & 2) or on 2cm thick stretched canvas (Style 3).

• All communication via email including design discussions, approvals, questions and other relevant talks.

• Amy’s time and vast experience, art skills and design expertise to create a high quality portrait with a likeness to the photo.

• Painting and drawing materials used to create your portrait.

• Frame choice of wood, white or black including a mat and plexiglass protection (Style 1 & 2).

• Packing materials to ensure safe delivery of your artwork.

Because my clients come from all over, shipping is the only thing not included in the price. Amy will provide a quote before beginning to ensure you are comfortable.

What kind of reference photo is acceptable?

Anything clear from your phone works! You simply need to love the face and shoulder pose in the photo and Amy will remove distractions and zoom in (if needed) in order create the perfect composition.
